We respect the time of our patients as well as that of our doctors and assistants! We take booking an appointment for you as seriously as possible — on the agreed day, at the agreed time, the doctor and his assistant will be ready for you. This is a kind of contractual agreement — a commitment where the doctor-assistant team reserves a time (one, two or sometimes three hours) exclusively for the patient in question, and the patient undertakes to show up for that appointment. As a convenience and reminder, you will receive a text message notification the day before your appointment. For longer or first-time visits, our registrar, Ms. Ewelina, will contact you by phone to confirm your appointment. For understandable reasons, your visit may sometimes not take place. If this is the case, please inform us at least one day before your appointment.
In this way, we can reorganize the doctor's schedule and inform other patients waiting for treatment about the possibility of earlier admission (e.g., in case of pain). Therefore, if the patient does not report his absence, he will be charged PLN 200 for each booked hour, payable before the next appointment. In the event of an urgent absence of the doctor, the patient will also be notified in advance and offered a new appointment that is most convenient for them. Of course, we understand that there are random cases that cannot be foreseen.
