We present the case of Jaśmina - a patient with congenital lack of permanent tooth buds (multiple teeth). She always dreamed of a beautiful smile - to make this dream possible, it was necessary to undergo comprehensive implant prosthetic treatment. The presented case of Mateusz also concerns the congenital absence of permanent tooth buds. The existing primary teeth did not allow for the smile the patient dreamed of. It was decided to undergo orthodontic treatment, remove milk teeth and replace them with implants. The final stage was creating a smile using ceramic restorations designed individually for the patient.
