Jaśmina's metamorphosis – a case study of a patient with congenital absence of multiple permanent tooth buds. She had always dreamt of having a beautiful smile – but for that dream to become reality, comprehensive implant treatment was required. In preparation for the expected aesthetic results, orthodontic treatment was carried out. The next stage in the design and creation of Jaśmina's new smile was Digital Smile Design (DSD). DSD — Digital Smile Design). After being presented with several versions of the new teeth shape, Jasmine chose the one that best suited her face. The smile brought back her confidence – it became part of her!

The case presented by Mateusz also concerns a patient with congenitally missing permanent teeth. The existing milk teeth did not allow the patient to create the smile he dreamed of. It was decided to perform an orthodontic treatment in which the milk teeth were removed and replaced with implants. The final step was to create a smile with ceramic restorations individually designed for the patient.
