The metamorphosis of Henryk — We present the case of Mr. Henryk. A complex implant-prosthetic treatment was required. Orthodontic treatment was performed in preparation for the expected esthetic result. The next step in the design and creation of Mr. Henryk's new smile was the individual smile design (DSD — Digital Smile Design). After being presented with several versions of the shape of his teeth, Henry chose the one that best suited his face.

The presented case of Mateusz also concerns the congenital absence of permanent tooth buds. The existing primary teeth did not allow for the smile the patient dreamed of. It was decided to undergo orthodontic treatment, remove milk teeth and replace them with implants. The final stage was creating a smile using ceramic restorations designed individually for the patient.
